How it Works
Find the online application below, or stop by 2730 S. Tibbs Ave to pick up and complete an application.
After the application is received, our team will set up an initial interview that includes a background and medical intake. The interviewers share their notes with a committee of dedicated individuals, who will then vote whether or not to accept the application into the home and program.
Please note there is a $250 non refundable intake fee for men accepted into the program. The house guest will be able to defer this fee until they are able to begin working if needed.
If accepted, the house guest will begin an intensive spiritual boot-camp broken out in 2 phases to allow them room to grow and create new patterns.

Philosophy
-
We embrace the teachings of Jesus Christ and believe that true transformation occurs when individuals develop a personal relationship with Him. Our programs integrate Christian values, biblical teachings, and prayer into every facet of recovery, providing a spiritual foundation for healing and restoration.
-
We recognize that each person's journey to recovery is unique. We tailor our programs to meet the specific needs of each individual, offering a personalized approach that prioritizes their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our comprehensive recovery plans encompass counseling, addiction education, life skills training, Medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and relapse prevention strategies.
-
We foster an environment of acceptance, understanding, and accountability, where individuals can connect with others who have faced similar challenges. Our facility serves as a tight-knit community that provides encouragement, peer support, and mentorship. Through shared experiences and fellowship, men can draw strength and resilience from one another as they navigate the path to recovery.
-
Our dedicated team work collaboratively to guide individuals through their recovery journey. Emphasizing addiction treatment and spiritual counseling, we offer compassionate guidance, mental health support, and skill-building resources to facilitate long-term recovery and personal growth.
-
We focus not only on overcoming addiction but also on equipping individuals with the necessary life skills to thrive in their personal and professional lives. We provide vocational training, educational opportunities, and assistance in securing stable housing and employment, enabling program graduates to reintegrate into society as contributing members and positive role models.
-
We actively engage with the broader community to raise awareness about addiction, promote prevention strategies, and offer support to individuals and families affected by addictive behaviors. By embodying these principles, Charity House endeavors to create a sanctuary where houseguests can experience God's grace, find purpose and fulfillment, and embark on a lifelong journey of sobriety, spiritual growth, and positive life choices. Together, we believe in the power of transformation, offering hope to those in despair and helping them discover a life marked by freedom, redemption, and enduring faith.
House Rules
Charity House is a path to recovery. The intention of the program is to take men out of the world that has caused them so much distress and introduce them to a path of recovery - mentally, physically, socially, financially, and spiritually.
To accomplish this, participants will be required to live on campus and focus on educational, discipleship, and assimilation programing. It is important that the men in the program abide by the structured regiment designed to occupy their minds, feed their spirit, and change the trajectory of their life.
